The 4-H Leaders Association of Atlantic County consists of volunteer leaders of clubs in the program. They meet four times during the year, hold fund raising projects as well as have the Ice Cream Booth at the annual 4-H Fair. They have the opportunity to receive training through the State and Northeast Leaders Forums, as well as from the curriculum through the 4-H office. They sponsor trips for the senior 4-H members for Citizen Washington Focus, 4-H Youth Conference and 4-H National Congress.
